The Louisville Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (LEJATC) is a labor/management electrical training program proudly sponsored by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Union 369 and the Louisville Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA).
The IBEW Local Union 369 is located at 4315 Preston Highway Suite 102 Louisville, KY 40213. This organization has over 1,800 journeyman electricians and covers a jurisdiction of 68 counties in Kentucky and seven counties in Southern Indiana. Its qualified workforce can satisfy any electrical or telecommunications needs of a customer.
The Louisville Chapter of the NECA is located at 1501 Durrett Lane Louisville KY 40213. This organization has over 50 electrical contractors covering the same jurisdiction. Its qualified contractors can satisfy any customer’s electrical or telecommunications needs from residential to commercial to industrial. And those projects will be completed on time and within budget.
Collectively, these two organizations fund the state-of-the-art LEJATC and depend upon it for electrical construction education and training and for the recruitment and assignment of apprentices to participating contractors.
